In my recent collaboration with Hathi.Ai, we embarked on an exciting journey to launch a B2B platform aimed at simplifying data analytics for business users. This case study walks you through the process step-by-step, illustrating how I worked with the development team to shape the product into a user-friendly solution. From early design concepts to the final release, here’s how we made it happen:

Step 1: Understanding the Challenge

The original product was a powerful data-centric tool, but it lacked a user-friendly interface for those unfamiliar with analytics. The challenge was to maintain the platform’s robust functionality while simplifying the user experience. The target audience included business users who needed insights quickly without getting bogged down in complex data displays. I set out to bridge this gap, focusing on usability and design improvements.

 

Modifying the existing menu to ensure a coherent UI and iconography. Create a quick report focusing on the key information and KPIs that are important for users based on their needs.
